About CPS

Welcome to Coweta Public Schools! Over the past few years, Coweta Schools has experienced substantial growth. Currently, we serve over 3,300 students at eight different sites. The school district is part of a growing and vibrant community that recognizes the value of education and works in partnership with us to promote excellence. Whether our students are a part of our nationally recognized band program, one of our many Pre-AP or AP courses, or a club or an organization, they are all on a path to success.

If you have a child who attends one of our three lower elementary schools, the Mission Intermediate Grade Center, the Heritage Intermediate Grade Center, the Junior High, the Intermediate High School, or the High School, the goal is consistent. We will strive to ensure that all students are afforded challenging and life-related learning opportunities within environments that are not only safe, but ones that nurture healthy academic, social, and emotional growth.

Whether you are a current resident of the district, considering relocating to the area, or just browsing out of curiosity, this Website has been designed to provide you with information about Coweta Public Schools. Also provided are links to educational services, individual school sites, CPS Web pages, education-related agencies, and sites that provide information about the Coweta area.

Finally, as Coweta Public Schools personnel seek to serve the children of our community, I pledge to you our commitment to provide courteous and professional services that advance our mission of empowering all students to become productive citizens, family leaders, and life-long learners in a constantly changing society.

Please don't hesitate to contact our offices if we may be of assistance. Go Tigers!
