Welcome to Coweta Public Schools, the educational home to more than 3,300 of Oklahoma's finest students! Step into any one of our eight school sites and you will see a staff dedicated to building a bright future for every student. Our teachers are supported by a committed school board, quality administrators, involved parents, and a caring community that combine to provide a first-class education that prepares all children for a successful future.

The school district offers a variety of learning opportunities to meet the diverse needs of our students. We have a comprehensive high school (grades 10-12) along with an intermediate high school (9th grade), a junior high school (grades 7 & 8), two intermediate grade centers (grades 4 through 6), and three lower elementary schools (grades Pre K through 3rd grade).   Additionally, Coweta Public Schools offers an Alternative Education Academy as well as a Gifted and Talented program. Character Education is a primary focus at each of Coweta's schools.

We invite you to explore this Website to learn more about the exciting things happening in Coweta Public Schools.

Coweta Public Schools administration had been in contact with the state, county, and local health officials last week as well as this morning regarding students who were on a cruise ship in Galveston over Fall Break.  Ebola concerns have circulated because of a Texas lab technician’s presence on a Carnival Cruise.

According to health officials, it's safe for all students to attend school.
